    @ kristin- i use a canon rebel and the lens that came with it. plenty of natural light is key!

    @kelli- the reindeer pillow is from anthropologie. favorite blogs? oh there are so many... heart of light, elise blaha, a little sussy, darling dexter, & how about orange are just a few!

    @carol- used a stencil to trace the shapes onto the old cards (i have trees, reindeer, stockings...) cut them all out, and tied them together with twine! pretty simple and a nice effect. i'd be happy to do a tutorial if others are interested!
